Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The hotel had many green areas and clean spaces. The room was spacious. I enjoyed the great view. The hotel management followed up , thanks to Mr Tamer Radwan. The sea had beautiful aquatic life. It was a pleasure.

Upon arrival, I quickly noticed that a significant number of staff members had limited English proficiency. This made communication challenging at times. I feel some staff training would fix it.

The hotel staff provided really good hospitality, always ready to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude was infectious and greatly added to the enjoyment.

The room included a comfortable bed, two separate sinks. a modern rainfall shower. This made getting ready easy. Housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean, with fresh towels provided daily, and it was AMAZING!!!

The buffet had many choices, including fresh salads and hot entrees. I never went hungry. The dining staff worked hard to keep everything clean. fully stocked. It was fantastic.

The staff here really go above and beyond. The beach had space exclusively for the hotels guests, so it always felt private and secure. I upgraded to a superior room next to the pool. I suggest to you, as its quite close to the pool. The food here tasted amazing and i felt very grateful for the experience.

The food lacked variety, and it was mostly repetitive. There wasn't much attention paid to Arab guests. Most activities and interactions seemed geared toward foreign visitors, with conversations predominantly in foreign languages. The service I received was not the best (it seems like not everyone, but most of staff did not care about Arab guests).
